Unless the customer is first of all fully convinced and in agreement as to why, what and how the process is applied for best results, we won’t proceed with anything and In no way will we proceed if knowing that it will harm the hair, or causing extreme changes to the overall look of hair styling, treatment, or coloring to the extend of negatively shocking the customer.

In addition, our customers will be informed about ways they can maintain the quality and the right condition of their hair, products to use at home and also how frequently they would need to visit Hair Spa.
